Jonathan Dever, Esq was a guest on The Bill Cummingham show on 700 WLW.  Mr. Dever, Mr. Reed, and fill in host Eric "The Bulldog" Deters discussed the Attorney General's Lawsuit against GMAC, et, al.  The "Bulldog" was specifically interesed in the loan modification process and the implications of the GMAC suit where the loan servicers and its agents filed fraudulent affidavits to mislead courts in hundreds of Ohio foreclosures.
